The ServerEngineer Senior 1 must have a BA/BS in computer science, relatedfield, or equivalent experience. Must have 10+ years of overalltechnology experience along with 3+ years supporting majorimplementations in large scale Windows, Linux, Acropolis, VMWare,Hyper-V and Azureenvironments.

Communication

• Listening, understanding, andarticulating technical and non-technical information (both writtenand oral formats) to customers, peers and/or management in aone-on-one or team context with someoversight.
• Effective production supportactivities, including advanced technicalwriting.
• Documenting small to medium scaleprojects with some supervision and is involved in developing anddelivering presentation.
  

DecisionMaking

• Ability to solicit input frominternal and external sources, including the ability to investigateand weigh best practices from other firms, analyze input and usesound judgment.
• Is required to make decisionsor communicate across organizationalboundaries.
• Involved in anticipating problemtroubleshooting scenarios and analyzing ways in which to avoid theproblem completely or greatly mitigate its risk. The goal is tominimize the trade-offs between cost containment and/or timelinessof service so that both are somewhatachievable.
