Lead and Manage Teams and Project Manage

• Engage in hiring decisions for BI Engineers and ETL developers
• Manage squads of BI Engineers and ETL Developers
• Project manage each development E2E
• Resource cost management to ensure high productivity
• Manage and prioritize backlog activities in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Engage with internal IT teams and solution vendors to enable minimizing gaps and use of new functionalities

Education

Phd/Masters in Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics Or MBA

• Industry - Banking , NBFC or IT/ Finance
• Regional – GCC or Asia Pacific
• Functional – Analytics (preferred with experience in translator domain)

Knowledge & Skills

• Analytics principles in a B2B and B2C environment
• 11 to 15 years' experience (flexible)
