RUSSIAN SPEAKER - HOTEL RESERVATION OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling hotel reservation requests for FIT's & Groups ( Leisure, Corporate & MICE) from all themarkets,. Assisting with tailor-made booking requests and inquiriesincluding hotel accommodation, tours, excursions, transfers, and other services.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Provide quotations in a timely, efficient and accurate manner for accommodation, tours, excursions, transfers, ground handling services and any other service requested by agents
  • Book and manage hotel reservations, all ground handling requests, excursion and tour requests
  • Following up with agents on payments for bookings to ensure payments are made in a timely manner

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 1 year previous reservation agent experience in a local Destination Management Company or a Hotel
  • Experience with online and offline reservations

Experience:


  • DMC or Travel Agency or Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
Hotel Reservation: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Russian (preferred)
