- Utilising proven best practices incost management to support project and programme managers in makinginformed decisions about budget, expected spend profiles(forecasts), and potential risks and opportunities associated withcost management.
- Review cost applications bysuppliers to ensure costs are validated and match value of workcompleted and aligned with expectations, and regularly providingupdates on most likely cost spend profiles tomanagers.
- Work closely with other keystakeholders (eg. Asset Management, Finance) to forecast, measureand influence cost and spend profiles in line with businessexpectations, specifically highlighting variances, and supportingcontinuous improvement
- Supporting project andprogramme managers and other project control specialists withbuilding quality cost & resource loaded schedules and inpreparing documentation to support variation orders in accordancewith ADDC governance requirements
- ImprovingCapex spend forecasting accuracy by analysing past and currentspend profiles to anticipate futurespend
- Bachelor'sdegree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related disciplinefrom an accredited university, or equivalentexperience
- At least 5 years'experience in cost managementGood data management &analysisskills
