    Job Title: Tailor
    Location: United Arab Emirates
    Position Overview
    We are seeking a skilled Tailor to join our team. This role involves creating, adjusting, and repairing garments to meet client specifications, ensuring precision and quality in all work. The ideal candidate will have strong tailoring skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to deliver high-quality, customized clothing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take accurate body measurements to ensure proper fit for garments.

    • Cut fabric pieces according to patterns, designs, or client-provided measurements.

    • Stitch clothes by hand or using sewing machines with precision and efficiency.

    • Adjust and alter clothing for improved fit or repair damaged garments.

    • Advise clients on fabric selections, considering design, durability, and budget constraints.

    • Conduct fitting sessions with clients to make necessary adjustments and alterations.

    • Maintain sewing machines, tools, and workstations in good working condition.

    • Interact with customers to discuss designs, provide price estimates, and set timelines.

    • Manage and track orders, ensuring deadlines are met and finished products are delivered on time.

    • Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication skills to understand and fulfill client preferences and requirements.

    • Proven experience as a Tailor or in a similar role.

    • Proficiency in using sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques.

    • Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction.

    • Excellent eye for detail and ability to work with precision.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients.

    • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills

    • Creativity and problem-solving skills for custom designs and alterations.

    • Experience in a client-focused tailoring or fashion environment.

    Education & Licensing

    • Formal training or certification in tailoring, fashion design, or related field is a plus.
