- Campaign Creation and deployment:Curate and execute captivating email campaigns, newsletters andpush notifications harnessing data-driven insights to delivertailored content for maximumresonance.
- Experimentation: Develop stronghypotheses, conduct A/B test, and make data-based recommendations.Work closely with Martech to drive personalization and automationon CRM communications across channels
- Campaignoptimization: Build best practices to continuously maintain orimprove metrics such as domain reputation, CTRs, open ratesetc.
- Cross Functional: Collaborate with teamsacross departments to conceive and implement compellingcross-functional campaigns and communications via the Club ApparelLoyalty Program, enhancing member engagement andloyalty.
- Copywriting: Write compelling copythat is tailormade and relevant to the respective channel inEnglish and Arabic
- Agency Relations: Manageexternal agency and multiple vendor relationships related to CRMchannels
- Automated Email Enhancement: identifyand optimize automated email cycles tailored to each country,ensuring timely deployment of loyalty program communications andgeneral commercial messages.
- KPI Reporting:Compile yearly/monthly CRM KPI reports and actionplans
- Insight Presentation: Present marketinsights, formulate immediate action plans, and activate campaignsto drive traffic and repeat customerpurchases
- Segmentation and Action: Extract dataas needed to pinpoint customer segments and communicate actionableplans
