Directly supervises and coordinates theactivities of agricultural workers is responsible for yearroundinspection of the nursery/greenhouse/crop

Organize and supervise work foremployees. Determine a work schedule for each employee in theirrespective function.

Executes the assignment ofduties such as the planting cultivation water management andharvesting of crop to ensure productivity goals aremet.

Efficiently communicate to farm manager on adaily basis.

Responsible for daily tracking ofrainfall data staff gauge readings and temperatures and report itback to management on time
