- Minimum of 15 years of experiencemainly being in oil and gas upstreamindustry
- Held Senior / Lead Project Engineerrole for at least 5 years
- Been in PMC or directClient roles for at least 3 years
- Strong GCCclient projects experience
- Extensive experiencein following areas
- Prepare scope of work andother technical data andspecifications
- Technical evaluation of all theproposals
- Carryout feasibility studies onfacilities optimization, synergy, andintegration
- Perform upstream downstream scopealignment studies
- Carryout out and participatein technical workshops with otherstakeholders
- Prepare Integrated schedules, costestimates, risk registers
- Liaise with Thirdparties specialized studies
- Support infinalizing Operation Philosophy and MaintenanceSchedules
