About the role
We are urgently in need of
Customer Support Team Leader and
Customer Support Specialist.


You'll be answering queries from new or existing customers and completing a variety of administration tasks regarding their use of our marketplace.


Throughout your day you could be helping our customers at any stage of their relationship: from the moment they register with us, through to receiving their goods.


About you

  • Someone who enjoys collaborating with others, a great teammate and passionate to make a difference.
  • Real talent for making customers feel special when you're communicating; it's in the way you talk and just as importantly, in the way you listen.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • Able to maintain composure and ownership during stressful communications.
  • Use your initiative to solve problems and come up with solutions to improve the service we provide to our customers
  • Previous experience working in Customer Services preferred.
  • Have a very strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes. You'll need to have high quality administration skills and experience of using systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately and within strict timescales
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (must be fluent in English)
  • Arabicspeaker is a plus

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Preferably Arabic-Speaker
