Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer service, developing leads, and sales management. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Must have diverse experience in Relationship Management in Banking, Real Estate & Business Setup Services.


Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated experience in sales and achieving targets
• At least 3 years experience working with a Corporate Services Advisory
• Previous RM Banking experience desirable
• Previous Real Estate Fund experience desirable, deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a broad network of contacts.
• Proven sales management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market trends
• Knowledge of the Gulf region and its business environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Must have UAE Driving License with own car & be present in the country
