**Description: - After the front desk clerk, the hotel bellman is the next employee that guests encounter. It's up to the bellman to deliver exemplary service to provide a great impression of service to the guests. Hotel owners and managers rely on the good nature and customer service skills of service staff to maintain a stellar reputation and keep visitors coming back to the property.

  • Daily bag pulls, luggage pick up and drop off, guest pick up and drop off
  • Ensure all luggage is correctly labeled and stored
  • Ensure bellman room is kept clean, tidy and organized at all times
  • Drive shuttle, keep shuttle clean and maintained
  • Assist housekeeping staff with common area cleaning
  • General Office errands
  • Assist guests with general questions and inquiries
  • Maintain clean and tidy appearance
  • Maintain clean and tidy work area
  • Any other reasonable requests as made by a Hotel Management Staff
