Job Roles & Responsibility

  • Supporting clients in buying properties with direct and indirect channels.
  • Generating client leads to buy and sell a Property (Off Plans/Ready to move)
  • Assisting in Negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales.
  • Responding to agent questions on Contracts, Negotiations, Strategies & Goal planning
  • Showing properties to Potential Buyer. (Investors)
  • Preparing Loyalty contracts, Purchasing agreement, Deeds & other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
  • Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
  • Staying Informed on the Real Estate Industry.

Job Types:

AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
