- Recordstransaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time oforder.
- Communicates with the kitchen regardingany menu questions, the length of wait and productavailability.
- Communicates additional mealrequirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to thekitchen.
- Checks with guests to ensuresatisfaction with each food course andbeverages.
- Is responsible for clearing,collecting and returning food and beverage items to properarea.
