    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing new business opportunities.
    Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients, addressing their concerns and offering value-added solutions.

    Stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and trends in steel structure fabrication and construction to effectively communicate their advantages.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and growth opportunities.
    Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring they align with client needs and company capabilities.
    Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
    Provide exceptional after-sales support, including addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
    Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    Minimum of 3 years of industry-specific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.
    Strong understanding of steel structure products and construction processes.
    Proven sales experience, including achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    Familiarity with the UAE market and industry regulations.
    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
