Description

Property Setup

  • Assist with furnishing Process
  • List properties on platforms
  • Maintain properties listing on all portals
  • Maintain updated inventory for properties & company supplies

Guest Communication and Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and detailed information to guests regarding checkin procedures, property rules, and local attractions and services.
  • Arrange Viewing for potential clients

Property Maintenance

  • Collaborate with housekeeping services to schedule regular cleanings and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.
*Coordinate maintenance as needed, promptly addressing any issues reported by guests or Landlords.


Property Inspections

  • Conduct regular inspection on Checkout & before Check in.
  • Ensure standards compliance and take corrective actions.

Landlord Relations

  • Maintain strong relationship with landlords
  • Keep Landlords updated with the property performance
  • Collaborate with Landlords on required improvements to enhance guest experience

Suppliers Relations

  • Liaise with suppliers when required
  • Keep track of Invoices
  • Correspondence with suppliers as per business modules

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
