Looking for a
highly energetic Marketing Manager with 10+ years of experience in the field, with the capacity to supervise an in-house team of graphic designers, as well as a dedicated network of suppliers, agencies, marketing and advertising professionals, in order to be able to support an exciting period of expansion and transformation in our organization.

Juggling multiple tasks, involved in every aspect of Marketing

Optimistic and motivated, our Marketing Manager is a multitasker superstar:

Coordinating and keeping track of all inquiries to the Department.
Building relationships with our partners, clients and colleagues.
Researching and staying on top of our market and competition.
Crafting and managing campaigns and events.
Introducing collaborations and new services.
Supporting the Creative Direction and implementing the Brand Guidelines.
Supporting design and production.

With a strong background in Marketing, you provide leadership and take responsibility:

Mapping and documenting key marketing operational processes.
Putting together estimates and budgets.
Supervising and inspiring the Marketing team, driving accountability and continuous

improvement in results.

Training team members, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.

In charge of crafting our message and deliver it across all media:

Planning and maintaining the yearly calendar.
Creating content.
Scheduling and posting.
Community management.
Reputation Management.
Digital performance, website, maintenance, SEO.

About you
You are an extrovert and a people's person. Energetic, charismatic, fun and detailed-oriented, with an ability to spot solutions and make solid decisions. A critical thinker that enjoys sharing ideas and helping everyone around you.

You also love corporate identity and branding. We don't expect you to know everything at once but you must be willing to learn quickly.

You will be the brand guardian of the organization, ensuring standards are met and maintained by all parties, educating on our guidelines.

We are a fast-moving organization, you must be capable to manage multiple projects from concept through completion.

We want you to foster an environment of continuous professional development, you are curious and stay up-to-date with current trends and tactics in the ever-evolving marketing arena.

_Bilingual English-Arabic _is a preferred.
