Job Description
The BI Developer is responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions. This includes gathering requirements, designing data models, writing queries, and creating reports and visualizations.

The developer will also be responsible for ensuring data quality and accuracy, optimizing data processes, and providing support and maintenance for BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for BI solutions.
• Design and develop data models and data integration processes.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation and cleansing techniques.
• Optimize data processes for better performance and efficiency.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for BI systems and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet reporting needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the BI field.
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on BI tools and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence development.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
