Job Profile:

Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager is required to develop strategies to increase and expand restaurant business, operate it profitably besides managing all the administrative and compliance matters.

He/she is also expected to directly oversee the restaurant staff and ensure they are capable and productive. Maintaining food quality & service excellence will form a key area of this individual's responsibility.

Major Responsibilities:
Revenue generation, P&L, food quality, guest service and satisfaction, people management etc.

Education:
Diploma or Bachelors in Hotel Management or Equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in handling a Restaurant (Restaurant In-charge/ Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager) preferred in UAE.
