    Job title: Personal Assistant

    Description

    We are looking for a dynamic and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our Top Agent. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the real estate industry and contribute to the success of our sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage the Top Agent's calendar and schedule appointments.
    2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
    3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
    4. Assist with property research, market analysis, and property listings.
    5. Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
    6. Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and service providers.
    7. Draft and manage real estate contracts and agreements.
    8. Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and news.
    9. Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
    10. Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
    11. Safely transport to client meetings, property showings, and other locations as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Assistant or similar role.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Previous experience or knowledge of the real estate industry is highly advantageous.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly is highly valued.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational, time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
    • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
