    The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, managing and activating partnerships to meet the business goals and objectives.

    The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise and experience to inform partnership strategies, cross-functional team decisions and partner management.

    Furthermore the Brand Partnerships Manager will support the Head of the department in driving business growth and track progress development of the opportunities.


    Primary responsibilities:

    • Support the evaluation, development, and negotiation of partner contracts from pitch to closing
    • Lead execution of partnership agreements end to end, providing partners with excellent service and ensuring that all internal and external requirements are met on time in full
    • Ensure existing relationships are maintained to drive partner retention
    • Identify new relationships to expand our opporunities in partner acquisition
    • Act as a key liaison between brand partners and other internal teams including Finance, Marketing, Creative, etc in order to land activations on time in full
    • Monitor new and existing market trends by researching consumer markets and competitor's activities

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Keen eye for detail and willingness to take initiative
    • Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Ability to multi-task and handle problems quickly and efficiently
    • Experience in delivering presentations and progress reports
    • Ability to work closely cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
    • Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, Managment or related fields preferred
    • 2-3 years experience in brand management, activations and partnerships
