As Key Account Manager, you will work closely with your designated territory Large Turbine Retrofit Projects team. Your customers will extend globally.

This role has a very diverse set of actions and interactions both internally with Projects and Operations and externally with customers.

We are looking for a trustworthy dynamic person with confidence and drive together with enthusiasm and energy to help continue our growth.

You will report directly to the Sales Director.


Purpose:

  • Lead technical and commercial evaluation of the sales opportunities (SG0)
  • Coordinate the entire bidding process (budget stage, binding offer, technical and commercial alignment).
  • Lead the internal process to get the Project/Offer Approval (SG1) interfacing with all departments involved (Proposal, Project Management, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Operations)
  • Report to the manager the Customer Relationship and Sales Opportunities through dedicated software (GQL)
  • Report to the marketing department customer experience along the journey (Voice of Customer)
  • Sales budget understanding
  • Spare part management
  • Facilitate customer interaction during project execution
  • Deepen customer relationships with strategic partner

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Profitability
  • Develop Retrofit Project Sales to meet & surpass goals and planned objectives
  • Analyze the profitability of each opportunity, and recommend how to maintain and improve
  • Work towards Business Plan
  • Plan, develop, and control objectives according to Business Development market strategy and business plan
  • Develop deep and strategic customer relationships
  • Technical or commercial customer support
  • Provide and coordinate any commercial or technical support required by customers, and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met
  • Policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Retrofit Sales Management function.
  • Product Market Introduction
  • Review and recommend action for product /market introductions for product performance, market coverage and position.
  • Project Costing
  • Plan and maintain programs for project costing.
  • Any other task assigned.
  • Add hoc tasks
  • Comply with all processes and procedures

Your Qualifications:

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree with administrative and/or commercial orientation, technical degree or equivalent.
  • 34 years of work experience in multinational companies
  • You are well organized, Ambitious, strong, and a selfstarter,
  • Good Communication Skills,
  • Strong sense of cooperation and teamwork oriented,
  • Strong technical background,
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages,
  • Experience in ERP systems (i.e., Oracle) and CRM is a plus.

Relevant Experience:

  • Oil & Gas, steel fabrication companies, Filtration, Compressor, industrial, air handling, etc.
  • B to B sales
  • Ability to build budget cost

Language:


  • Strong English spoken and written skills
  • Written and Spoken Arabic Language

Travel:

  • Travel:
  • 25% of customers visit locally and internationally.
