Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Provide direct patient care, including performing assessments, dressing wounds, inserting IV lines, and assisting with procedures.
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and selfcare techniques.
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and transitions of care.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors by adhering to infection control policies and safety regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and staff development activities.
Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing patientcentered care and promoting positive patient outcomes.
