The Physics Teacher will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and contributing to the academic success of our students.

• Deliver well-structured and engaging physics lessons that align with curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
• Present complex physics concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner, catering to diverse learning styles.
• Design and develop instructional materials, lesson plans, and assessments that promote active learning and critical thinking.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, technology, and real-world examples to enhance student understanding.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect.
• Set clear expectations for behaviour, academic performance, and classroom etiquette.
• Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Identify and address individual student needs, strengths, and challenges, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Offer extra help and guidance to students who require additional support.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians to discuss student performance, progress, and goals.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events as required.
• Stay updated on advancements in physics education, instructional methodologies, and curriculum enhancements.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge.
• Participate in school-related activities, clubs, and events that contribute to the holistic development of students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects, and contribute to a cohesive educational community. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• Teaching certification or licensure in Physics or Secondary Education.
• Proven experience as a Physics Teacher, preferably in an international or UAE educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of physics principles, theories, and applications across various grade levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Proficiency in using technology for instruction and assessment.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a multicultural environment
