Description

The Project Manager will be overall responsible for delivering a monthly Revenue Target.

The Lead Generation will be done through two routes:
The Company carries out extensive digital and social media marketing to generate leads

- o The Project Manager would need to develop clientele through their own contacts

On receipt of lead relating to Renovation Jobs the Project Manager is expected to:
Attending the enquiry and understanding the customer's requirement thoroughly.

- o Prepare, read, and interpret drawings and sketches and present to customer if required.
- o Book appointment with the Customer for survey and estimation.
- o Upon receipt of the survey report prepare Scope of Work and Quote and submit it to customer.
- o After submission of prices and quotes remain in close follow-up with the customer to convert the enquiry to an order.
- o Upon order confirmation
- o Collect advance payment.
- o Obtain NOC from relevant authority to commence work
- o On receipt of advance payment and NOC arrange required materials through procurement department and schedule technicians for the job and ensure that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction and within the budgeted cost.
- o Collect Interim payments
- o Collect the final payment.
- o Obtain customer feedback.

Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Prepare and Analyze AutoCAD 2D, 3D and 3D Max drawings.
Ensure that proper Inventory is available for the job in time for the work.
Ensure that job is completed on time.
Visit all project sites frequently to ensure work is as per drawings and schedules.

Ensure customer satisfaction

If there are any work complaints customer call or visit is mandatory.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring the work of subcontractors and keep the records of the reports.
Identify the potential area of operation cost saving and implement alternate strategy.
Participates in the preparation of snag lists prior to site handover.
Ensure and implement Health & Safety for the assigned technician related to maintenance activities.
Prepare monthly and weekly report.
Responds to emergency situations during and after office hours to resolve emergency requirements.
The company reserves the right to assign any other jobs that are deemed necessary from time to time.
