As the Marketing and PR Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans that align with our brand objectives.

You will play a key role in enhancing our brand image, driving engagement with our target audience, and increasing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR campaigns to promote our restaurants and resorts.
• Create compelling content for press releases, social media, and other communication channels.
• Manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements:


- Emirati nationality is a must.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
