    Description
    Job Purpose

    • Design, plan and follow up on operations of Field Rigless interventions (Wireline, pumping, Frac, Lift Boat operation, well testing, Coiled Tubing ) to the highest standards and to achieve this in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner whilst meeting all the company's policies procedures and Government regulations.
    • Responsible for design, post job evaluation new technology introduction and support the Petroleum Engineering Department with technology selection to enhance well performance.
    • Support snubbing, workover, Completion, P&A and A&D.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Field superintendent, Reservoir Development/ Petroleum Engineering teams to plan resources and ensure well intervention jobs are executed to the best efficiency possible and within the best time frame.
    • Suggest cost effective Rigless solutions to address production and integrity related issues.
    • Take ownership of planning and utilization of operations assets, Lift Boat, CTU
    • Lead and organize weekly planning meetings with tasks oriented around 30 days and 90 days plan (Short and medium terms plans)
    • Come up with solutions to maximize resource utilization through close monitor of operations statistics, efficiency and planning minimizing NPTs and lost time due to controllable factors.
    • Cost monitoring of every single category of operation asset and work on cost cutting initiatives.
    • Write tenders and tender evaluations including commercial and remuneration evaluation models.
    • Help to improve Slickline and wellhead maintenance work from planning to executing and evaluating.
    • Honor planning of short term (weekly meetings) and long term planning as part of DWS schedule.
    • Drive campaigning work and scope of work that guarantee best utilization of resources and reduces cost.
    • Liaise with service providers to enhance the performance of the interventions.
    • Ensure remaining up to date with latest intervention and completion technologies that will help increase production, reduce deferred production, maximize efficiency and reduce cost.
    • Help in setting more realistic budgets and expenditures.
    • Support well integrity implementation plans.
    • Plan and execute P&A operations as needed riglessly and support A&D department as needed.

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/petroleum or equivalent.
    • Minimum 10 years' experience in well services/well intervention operations, and pumping with at least 5 years in senior design role capacity. Preferably a combination of service company and operator with a good mix of technical and operations management. Good knowledge and experience in workovers and snubbing.
