Description

As the Manufacturing and Installation Supervisor at Reges Events, you will have a dual role overseeing both the manufacturing processes of event-related materials and decorations and the installation of designs at event venues.

Your responsibilities encompass the entire spectrum, from guiding the manufacturing team to ensuring flawless installations and contributing to the seamless execution of events.

Responsibilities:_

Manufacturing Oversight:

Lead and supervise the manufacturing team in producing eventrelated materials, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with the Design Manager and Event Designers to understand design requirements and provide technical insights.
Ensure the timely completion of manufacturing projects, meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels of materials and collaborate with the Materials Procurement Specialist for timely replenishment.

Installation Coordination:

Oversee the installation of event designs at venue locations, ensuring precise placement and adherence to design plans.
Conduct site visits to assess venue readiness, layout, and logístical considerations.
Collaborate with external workers, if needed, to support the installation process during peak event periods.
Implement and enforce safety measures during the installation phase, complying with venue regulations.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to ensure the flawless installation and presentation of designs.
Pay meticulous attention to small details, promptly addressing any issues to maintain highquality standards.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and train the manufacturing and installation teams to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the manufacturing and installation departments.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on manufacturing productivity, installation timelines, and any challenges faced during the process.
Communicate regularly with the Studio Manager to provide updates on project status and resource requirements.

Requirements:_

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Proven experience in manufacturing and installation, preferably in the events or related industry.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and event setups.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Detailoriented with a commitment to quality.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work irregular hours based on project schedules.

Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month
