Greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.

  • Analyzed the work orders and discuss work with supervisors.
  • Prepare invoices.

  • Record customer vehicle service issues in company database.
  • Resolve customer complaints and minor customer service issues.
  • Perform customer followup contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule vehicle service appointments.
  • Welcome customers and make general assessments of vehicle issues.
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer issues.
  • Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business.
  • Perform after sales follow ups and develop strong relationships.
  • Guide employees in handling difficult and complex problems and in resolving escalate complaints and disputes.
