Responsible for the long term and short-term strategies for Trade business developmentTrade Management experience in Liner and feedering.

To conduct market research and analysis projects to assist the strategic planning; provide analytical works to support day-to-day commercial decisions.

To prepare KPI reports on performance evaluation and analysis, yield assessment for various market segments.
Monitor competitors' activities and react to the market trends.
Lead and coach teams to ensure execution and delivery the lifting and contribution performance.
Regular update performance reports and market insights.
Explore new potential business areas and effectively allocate volume and revenue with agents.
To formulate business plan and pricing strategy related to Middle East / India Subcontinent and Asia corridors.
Responsible vessels utilization and yield management.

To analyze market and competitor services offering changesTo achieve the target lifting and revenue levels with reference to budget result.

To optimize contribution level through cargo-mix and customers segmentation, port pairs and equipment size and type.
To coordinate with concerned agents to implement business plans with market forecast and/or change.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred.7+ years of experience in container liner industry under trade or line in team management role.

Team management experience and advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of company operations and costs structures.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be familiar is current computer programs used within the industry.
