Customer Service Executive -Female ( Tagalog Speaker/ Excellent English speaker)
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Responsibilities
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Suggesting information about products and services.
- Process orders & sending quotations.
- Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
- Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
- Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- 2 years experience in BPO / Telecalling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Immediate Joiners (Visit visa / Cancelled visa).
