- Lead and manage the IncidentResponse and Threat Hunting team, providing strategic direction andensuring alignment with organisational securityobjectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensiveincident response plans and procedures, ensuring timely andeffective response to securityincidents.
- Conduct proactive threat-huntingactivities to identify and neutralise potential threats before theycan impact critical systems and data.
- Analyseand investigate security incidents, determining root causes andtaking appropriate correctiveactions.
- Collaborate with other security teamsand stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response tocyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date on the latestcyber threats and trends, implementing new technologies andmethodologies to enhance the team'scapabilities.
- Develop and deliver trainingprograms to security staff on incident response and threat-huntingbest practices.
- Mentor and coach team members,fostering a culture of continuous learning and professionaldevelopment.
