JOB SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate HR functions to ensure effective and efficient operations.


Responsibilities & Duties:


Processing employee request form (ERF) from the different departments and liaisons with these departments to complete the request, which includes short listing of CVs and suggesting relevant CVs to relevant departments to ensure a smooth recruitment service.


Conducting preliminary interviews for short listed applicants prior to passing them into the requesting department to ensure that the right applicants are selected to progress onto the next stage.

Updating the recruitment tracker.


Coordinating the on-boarding process of employees including issuing offer letter, identity cards, assets, and all other joining requirements to enable smooth on-boarding of all employees.


Preferred Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor Degree in related filed

Work Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience as HR Generalist and recruitment or a related HR function

Specific Skills: Communication skills (verbally and in writing)

Job Types:
Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:
