Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevantEngineering Discipline
• Strong background inproviding Consulting and Engineering services to globalclients
• Strong understanding of vendors /technologies / licensors in Process and Chemicals and FutureEnergies (Ammonia, Hydrogen, Methanoletc.)
• Commercial awareness of projectdelivery
• Understands the levels of detailrequired to support the early phase decision making process forpre-FEED phases (pre-feasibility, concept, feasibility, pre-FEEDetc).
• Experienced in chairing meetings andfacilitating workshops
• Capable of motivatingand leading multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams, encouraginga collaborative and inclusiveculture
• Communicates effectively to buildcollaboration and influence stakeholders
• Thinksstrategically, takes decisions and delivers results
  

Desirable

• Engineering qualification in ChemicalEngineering
• Higher degrees (Masters, PhD) inChemical Engineering
• 15+ years of relevantexperience
• Site experience including processplant start up, commissioning, operator trainingetc.
• Member of an appropriate professionalinstitution
• Some level of qualification fromAssociation of Project Management orsimilar
• Commercial exposure through responsiblepositions in Proposals, Legal orCommercial
• Experience in FEED, EPC,Commissioning and / or Operations such that Clients recognise theexperience from later phases being considered in their earlyproject phase
• Proficient in the use of projectscheduling, estimating and cost accounting tools andmethods
