    What you will be doing:

  • Daily and weekly administrative duties
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Raise and keep track of purchase orders for the Department
  • Develop close relationships with other Accor hotels, hotel suppliers and contractors and clients, past, present and future.
  • Maintenance of database of key contacts/clients.
  • Liaise with other Hotel Departments
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment
  • Supporting the Marketing strategy in line with campaigns including use of email marketing, graphic design, and digital
  • Qualifications

    Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous sales experience within the tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Extremely well organised and able to plan
