- Daily and weekly administrative duties
- Prepare weekly reports
- Raise and keep track of purchase orders for the Department
- Develop close relationships with other Accor hotels, hotel suppliers and contractors and clients, past, present and future.
- Maintenance of database of key contacts/clients.
- Liaise with other Hotel Departments
- Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate supply of materials and equipment
- Supporting the Marketing strategy in line with campaigns including use of email marketing, graphic design, and digital
- Previous sales experience within the tourism or hospitality sector is advantageous
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Extremely well organised and able to plan
