**As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solvingYour responsibilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer support via inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Retrieve and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products/services to address customer queries effectively.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions.
- Enter customer information and interactions into the system accurately.
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills.
- Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
