**As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide excellent customer support via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Retrieve and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products/services to address customer queries effectively.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions.
  • Enter customer information and interactions into the system accurately.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise communication skills.
  • Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.
