RCM Analyst - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Connect Healthcare Consultants

Description

Revenue cycle analyst provides strategic direction and leadership in the delivery of all hospital and medical group revenue cycle related services including, but not limited to, patient access, coding, revenue integrity/charge capture and revenue cycle billing analytics and departmental AR management.

Responsibilities for revenue cycle analyst

Liaises with department heads and other hospital personnel and executives for the purposes of information gathering to enhance revenue cycle opportunitiesIntegrate and analyze data from multiple data sources, determine root causeServe as resource for special projects and priority assignments as needs are identified during the analysis processAssist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating of studies and analysis on resource allocation, financial program evaluation reviewsProvide back-up coverage for the Analysts and assist Analyst, RCM III (SrAssist Analyst, RCM III (SrResponsible for logging all discrepancies and correcting nonpayment related discrepanciesWork Discrepancy Report to determine types of discrepancies and assign appropriate reason codesMake all corrections of non-payment related discrepanciesForward all other discrepancies to Overpayment or Underpayment Analyst

Qualifications for revenue cycle analyst

Excellent written and verbal communication telephone skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft AccessMinimum three (3) years of related analytical and/or consulting experience requiredPossesses technical expertise in some areasProficient with PC applications including spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics packagesTwo (2) years demonstrated professional experience in a Analyst role
