    Job Objective

    The Sales-Focused Junior Executive will be responsible for driving sales, following up on client requests our client and introducing the brand to as many F&B outlets as possible. This role is ideal for fresh university graduates with one or two years experience and a passion for sales.

    Main Tasks

    • Sales Drive:Â Understand client needs and identify sales opportunities. Promote our range of sustainable products to potential clients.
    • Client Relationship Management:Â Build and maintain client relationship.
    • Account Growth:Â Expand relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Feedback Loop:Â Serve as the bridge between our clients and our team, ensuring clear communication of client needs and feedback.
    • Stay Updated:Â Remain knowledgeable about our products, industry trends, and best sales practices.

    Education

    An undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field).

    Experience

    • 2 years of sales or account management experience.
    • Tech-savviness and familiarity with sales.

    Personality Traits

    • Enthusiastic about sustainability and environmentally-friendly initiatives.
    • High energy, self-starter attitude with a drive for sales and relationship building.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of sustainable products.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify sales trends and patterns.

    Job Environment

    • Work in Hybrid Mode.
    • Periodic and frequent client meetings, car is necessary for this role.
    • Ability to work extended hours.
