Description

Experienced in BIM documentation, drafting and detailing for Schematic to Design Development stage production for both Architecture & Landscape Design.

Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submission an advantage;
Flexible and able to work independently as well as in a team;
Proactive, Hardworking and strict adherence to meeting deadlines;
Proficient in BIM using Revit, Autocad, SketchUp, Navisworks, and other design and drafting tools
Must have experience in International Bim standards and protocols.
Must have experience in Commercial and Hospitality projects.
Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submissions an advantage;
Familiar with BIM360 or other CDE is an advantage.
Preferably at least 58 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
