Are you a skilled and passionate commi with at least 2 years of experience in the culinary arts?

AB Marina fitness is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence in dining.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high quality dishes according to our restaurant's standard and recipes.

- work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production during service hours.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.

- follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- collaborate with the head chef and sous chefs to develop and execute new menu items and specials.
- uphold our restaurant's reputation for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Requirements:

- minimum 2 years of work experience as a commi in a professional kitchen.
- strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- culinary degree or certification/diploma is a plus.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
