Qualifications:
Bachelors degreein finance accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in FMCG orretail environment.

With minimum of 10 years experience in theFinance capacity and managed or was involved in other operationalteams such as Admin IT and Supply Chain.

Proven experience in localrequirements compliance related to finance and management:
AuditTax Government Permits and others local regulations. Able to keepup with global accounting standards. With a track record ofsuccessful project management and systems implementation related tohis/her role. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Ability to workin a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities. Experience in health and/or beauty sector is aplus.
