Business Development Manager.

You will drive the ED-SG sales and opportunities with partners in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, working closely with global management and leadership.

You will be responsible for top-line revenue growth, bookings and overall customer adoption across the region.

He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, services, and operational challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and relate to family specific needs and requirements.

You Will Be Expected To:

• Possess knowledge and hold a holistic view of the education community across the UAE, a deep understanding of the schools, their services and offerings that will delight prospective families and future students.
• Expand existing ED-SG footprint in the region, as well as drive new customer engagements direct and with partners, with the goal to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
• Implement targeted direct and channel sales plays to drive direct and partner growth and revenue.
• Localize content and material to align with UAE objectives, incorporating regionalspecific requirements to enhance relevance and impact.
• Play a pivotal role in representing our organization at major educational fairs, conferences, and industry events to foster meaningful connections, identify opportunities, and expand our network.
• Deliver impactful presentations and workshops to families, educators, showcasing the effectiveness of our solutions and thought leadership in the education domain.
• Conduct indepth family and child needs assessments to gain profound insights into their educational goals, challenges, and unique requirements.
• Advise families and partners on the commercial options and value of the schools, and recommend schools, given the child and family requirements.
• Provide continuous support, mentorship, and training to partners, elevating their performance and fostering a cohesive team culture.
• Cultivate strong relationships with school management, admissions agents, parents, and other stakeholders to drive student recruitment and foster strategic partnerships.
• Become a trusted member of the global team, to own deal execution end to end, both direct and with partners.

Basic Qualifications

• The right person will possess 5+ years of experience in, administration, sales or business development in the primary and secondary school education industry in the UAE.
• Able to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision making processes
• Experience working with partners, account management, consulting, program management and business development engagements
• Prior direct sales experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
• Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams
• Expand existing ED-SG footprint in the region, as well as drive new customer engagements direct and with partners, with the goal to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.
• Indepth knowledge of the UAE education system, curriculum, teaching methodologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with local education policies, regulations, and government initiatives.

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
