Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

• Performs prep work such as washing,peeling, cutting and seeding fruits andvegetables.
• Weighs and measures designatedingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays offood to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator inaccordance with safety standards.
• Stores foodin designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety androtation procedures.
• Cleans work areas,equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies,utensils and portable equipment.
• Utilizesapproved food recipes and production standards to ensure properquality, serving temperatures and standard portioncontrol.
• Serves customers in a friendly,efficient manner following outlined steps ofservice.
• Resolves customer concerns and relaysrelevant information to supervisor.
• Ensurescompliance with company service standards and inventory and cashcontrol procedures.
• Assures compliance with allsanitation and safety requirements.
• Performsother duties as assigned.
