Team Manager for Stock Market Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Stock Market team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

  • Assign and track team targets and goals
  • Create a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Set clear expectations and deadlines for team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback
  • Motivate and engage team members to achieve targets
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching
  • Resolve conflicts and issues within the team
  • Recognize and reward high performance
  • Encourage creativity and innovation
  • Organize team-building activities

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Strong knowledge of performance metrics and analysis
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is an asset

Work Environment

Our office hours are from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

This is a high-commission and bonus-based position.

Salary

AED 4,000.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month
