We are seeking a talented andexperienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic Engineeringteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating andimplementing design concepts, development, and constructiondocuments for approval and construction. This position requires ahigh level of creativity, technical expertise, and an eye fordetail. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion fordesign, an understanding of project timelines, and a commitment todelivering exceptionalresults.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architecturaldesigns for construction projects using software tools such asAutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop and design conceptsfor structures and spaces, and create visual representations forclients to review.
• Collaborate with projectmanagers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projectdesign alignment with overall project goals andrequirements.
• Review project timelines,ensuring that tasks are completed on time and withinbudget.
• Prepare and present design proposals,reports, and specifications for clients andstakeholders.
• Understand and apply buildingcode concepts to ensure compliance with local and nationalregulations.
• Participate in site visits tomonitor the progress of projects and ensure alignment withdesign.
• Continually research and implement newdesign concepts, materials, and technologies to enhance projectoutcomes.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inArchitecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 5years of experience in architectural design, preferably in theEngineering industry.
• Proficient in designsoftware, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strongunderstanding of building code concepts and ability to apply themto design.
• Proven experience in preparingdesign, development, and construction documents for approval andconstruction.
• Excellent project and timemanagement skills, with a demonstrated ability to review projecttimelines and deliver on time.
• Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability toarticulate design concepts to clients andstakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and akeen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work wellin a team environment, as well asindependently.
• Professional portfolioshowcasing innovative design concepts andprojects.
