Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a highperforming team of sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and objectives for the team, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to drive informed decisionmaking.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Personally engage in sales activities to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the insurance sector.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and refine insurance products and services based on market demands.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with at least 5 of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics in the UAE.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
