- Train new and current employees on propercustomer service practices
- Implement policiesand protocols that will maintain future restaurantoperations
- Proven work experience as aRestaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manageror similar role
- Proven customer serviceexperience as a manager
- Extensive food andbeverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember andrecall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waitstaff
- Familiarities with restaurant managementsoftware, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
- Strongleadership, motivational and peopleskills
- Acute financial managementskills
- BSc degree in Business Administration;hospitality management or culinary schooling is aplus
