    • Coordinate daily Front of theHouse and Back of the House restaurantoperations

    • Create detailed reportson weekly, monthly and annual revenues andexpenses
    • Promote the brand in the localcommunity through word-of-mouth and restaurantevents
    • Recommend ways to reach a broaderaudience (e.g. discounts and social mediaads)
    • Train new and current employees on propercustomer service practices
    • Implement policiesand protocols that will maintain future restaurantoperations

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as aRestaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manageror similar role
    • Proven customer serviceexperience as a manager
    • Extensive food andbeverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember andrecall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and waitstaff
    • Familiarities with restaurant managementsoftware, like OpenTable and PeachWorks
    • Strongleadership, motivational and peopleskills
    • Acute financial managementskills
    • BSc degree in Business Administration;hospitality management or culinary schooling is aplus
