Responsibilities

  • Check the latest offers and available inventory with Developers
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
  • Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal
  • Call new Leads
  • Visit Developers' Sales offices for meetings
  • Site Showing/Property Showing
  • Negotiating deals

Must-have:


  • Clientcentric and able to network to build lasting relationships.
  • Must be personable, driven, and wellspoken.
  • Hungry for success and competitive by nature
  • Good knowledge of Dubai and locations in the city
  • Complete support thru personalized marketing, administration, listings,
- coaching, and new Leads.

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of the
    Real estate industry in UAE (
    Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, marketing, or any other related field

COMMISSION - 50% / 50%
