Minimum 5 years' Experience in Similar Industry in OperationsMinimum 1 year Experience as HR
- Creates a quality control system to ensure the smooth, consistent and efficient management
- Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
- Preparing a working operational strategy for Listing
- Monitoring Listing Team performance in Different Portals
- Assisting Sales Team & Listing Team on property-purchasing/selling documents with property information
- Handling Developer Registration & Partnership Renewals.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases.
- Handling All HR operational requirements with regards to Hiring, Firing, and making sure all Employees abide by Company Policies & Regulations.
- Customer Service Skills is an Advantage
- Understanding & Explaining Job Descriptions & Company Timing Policy to all new employees.
- Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
