      About The Role

      Persistence Labs is in search of a Graphic Designer to enhance our marketing efforts through visually appealing content creation, including images, videos, and various creative assets.


      What we expect:

      • Create diverse graphics for marketing purposes, spanning digital assets, social media content, and promotional materials.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visual campaigns.
      • Adapt design strategies based on analytics and trends.
      • Manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and incorporating feedback.
      • Contribute creatively to improve the visual communication of marketing messages.
      • Stay updated on design trends and tools.


        Qualifications

        • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
        • Demonstrable experience in Graphic Design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
        • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
        • Understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing.
        • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
        • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
        • Desirable: Interest or experience in the crypto and DeFi sectors.

          Persistence Labs comprises a team of over 25 talented individuals sharing a common objective. Our team spans four core functions - Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development. Additionally, we have a corporate team overseeing Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance responsibilities.


          We are an international team, with members from different continents, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise.


          The team at Persistence has been involved in the Cosmos community from its early stages, contributing to the launch of the Cosmos Hub and pioneering liquid staking solutions for Cosmos.
