    Job title: Legal Consultant

    Description

    We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic/English) Legal Counsel for a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, including offering legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating contracts, and handling legal matters related to business operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Offering legal advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders
    • Drafting legal documents, including contracts and agreements
    • Negotiating contracts and resolving disputes
    • Handling legal matters related to business operations

    Requirements and Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

    • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
    • Extensive legal expertise with a strong grasp of UAE laws and regulations
    • Proven experience in contract negotiation and legal document drafting
    • Strong legal research and analytical skills to assess risks and provide sound legal opinions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic legal team
    • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years specifically in a Legal Counsel role (excluding administrative or paralegal work) within the UAE.
